01Pricing and Inventory

1.1VDA Labs, its representatives and affiliates reserve the right to cancel any order at its discretion.

1.2We do our very best to ensure the accuracy of any and all information, including product specifications, pricing, available inventory and product condition.

02Limitation of Liability

2.1Under no circumstances will VDA Labs or its affiliates have any liability with respect to any claims or damages (whether direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive) as a result of your access or use of (or inability to access or use) this quote or its content, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

2.2Additionally, VDA Labs is not liable for any errors and omissions, inaccuracy of information, lost production, business interruption, lapses in coverage or lost data.

03General Terms

3.1Where applicable, shipping terms are FOB Origin.

3.2Product(s) ordered from VDA Labs are not cancelable or returnable without the express written consent of VDA Labs. At VDA Labs' discretion, approved order cancellations or returns are subject to a restocking fee as determined by VDA Labs. Customer must request order cancellation or return authorization within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be in saleable condition.

3.3VDA Labs reserves the right to assign all or part of the customer's order.

3.4VDA Labs reserves the right to reject or cancel a customer's order.

3.5All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. VDA Labs is not responsible for any incurred duties, taxes or fees assessed for the shipment and importation resulting from our product warranty.
